Terms & Conditions for Get Hired 101

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and products offered by Get Hired 101 ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or purchasing any of our services or products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our Site or Services.

1. Scope of Services

Get Hired 101 provides career development services including but not limited to:

  • Resume and cover letter writing

  • LinkedIn profile optimization

  • Career coaching and strategy sessions

  • Mock job interviews

  • Sale of digital career resources and templates
     

All services are designed for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee job placement, employment offers, or specific career outcomes.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as necessary to facilitate the delivery of the services.​

3. Payment & Refunds
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy:

  • Digital Products: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be issued once access is granted.

  • Services: Refunds are granted only in cases where the service has not been rendered and no custom work has begun. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us in writing within three (3) business days of delivery, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate information necessary for the completion of services.

  • Attend scheduled sessions or give a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

  • Review drafts and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes.
     

Failure to cooperate or communicate in a timely manner may result in delayed service delivery. In certain cases, extended inactivity may result in service cancellation without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to resume content, cover letters, guides, templates, and coaching materials, are the intellectual property of Get Hired 101. These materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute any materials without express written consent from the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Hired 101 and its affiliates, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, products, or website.

All services are offered “as is” with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to the effectiveness of job search outcomes.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites or third-party tools. We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts.
